PLACE AN ORDER
Contact Russell directly by email or phone to place an order. Please remember to include details of the whip(s) you wish to purchase, plus any additional information on styles or extras you would like to submit with your order.
Want a whip made at short notice? Russell is happy to discuss how to fast-track your order.
PAYMENTS
Once you place an order, you will receive a quote, details on the expected completion date, delivery, and payment information. After payment is made, as per the invoice provided, Russell will get cracking on making your whip. Payment options include:
PayPal, Credit or Debit Card
Pay for your whip online with your PayPal account or use your credit/debit card using PayPal's secure payment system. You will see the PayPal logo in our correspondence, which links to our secure payment page.
Note: You do not need a PayPal account, or need to create one to make payment via credit or debit card.
Direct deposit
Payments can also be made by direct deposit. If you would prefer using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for credit or debit payments, please contact Russell for account details.
SHIPPING
Whether you are located in Australia or overseas, all shipping prices will be quoted in Australian dollars (AUD). Our whips are shipped using Australia Post’s Airmail or Express Post services.
Overseas Orders
Shipping prices will vary, depending on the exchange rate. Most of you will benefit from the exchange rate, making these handmade whips even better value.
Australian Orders
A postage price will be quoted, on application.
REFUNDS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Refunds and Order Cancellations
RP Schultz Whips handles refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Refunds and order cancellations will be considered on a case by case basis. If, for whatever reason, you would like to seek a refund or cancel an order, please contact Russell as soon as possible. He is generally able to provide refunds and cancel orders, if requests are reasonable.
